• In order to preserve our neighborhood’s peace and quiet, it is suggested that amplified sound be confined to the interior of homes. 
  • Please use a leash when walking your dog and clean up after it.
  • Refrain from using leaf blowers to move debris onto sidewalks, bike lanes, or other public spaces. Do not place debris in stormwater catch basins, which causes drainage problems.
  • Use a rain barrel as a source for watering gardens.
  • Make sure sprinkler heads and other landscape irrigation components do not spray on sidewalks or into the street.
  • Comply with posted speed limits (slower is better) and be aware of school zones.
  • When parking on the street, please do not park facing oncoming traffic. This is prohibited by city ordinance and creates a safety hazard.
  • Campaign or other signs displayed on lawns should be placed at least 8 feet from the street. Read more about signs.
